Facade construction is a multi-phase process in which every mistake is expensive and has a negative impact on other phases of the project. Therefore, the preparation and careful consideration of various aspects of the project is crucial for flawless performance.

The engineering team of the bureau is trained to work in BIM software, in the process of developing conceptual solutions and major projects, as well as the details themselves in a 3D environment. By applying this way of working, the whole process of project development and execution is accelerated, and correspondence with other students is facilitated. In this way, errors are minimized because they are detected on time, which affects the optimization of work dynamics and financial costs.
Workflows supervision
If the investor already has a contractor, and wants to be sure to ensure that the project is performed flawlessly, we offer a professional supervision and consulting service.
As consultants on a project we provide the optimal building site organization, the building procedures and solutions for specific situations which may occur in the construction process. Our goal is to define the optimum of material and resources to be used, and to anticipate possible problems and critical situations, and to offer appropriate alternative solutions.
Fermax as a project supervisor has the role of acting before a problem has occurred and solving it proactively, avoiding a mistake as its consequence. By cooperating with workers on site and with daily supervision of the building process, we ensure strict following of the pre-agreed procedures and instant acting in crisis situations.
